A cross-platform experience focused on community and sustainability

 

Overview

O2’s corporate presence extended beyond products and tariffs to communicate its broader role in technology and society. This project focused on designing a cross-platform corporate experience highlighting O2 in the community, digital inclusion initiatives, sustainability commitments, and responsible business values.

The goal was to translate corporate responsibility content into an engaging, structured, and accessible cross-platform digital experience.


Challenge

Corporate responsibility content is often:

  • Text-heavy

  • Hard to navigate

  • Structurally driven by internal teams rather than user needs

O2 required a digital experience that:

  • Clearly communicated its community and social impact initiatives

  • Made corporate content accessible to a wider audience

  • Balanced brand storytelling with clarity and usability

A corporate content hub structured around human-centered themes rather than departmental categories.
