My experience spans senior individual contributor and Head of Product Design and UX roles within complex, regulated, and high-scale product environments.

I’ve worked across build, scale, and transformation phases, moving from hands-on delivery into leadership roles where I was accountable for design direction, team structure, and how design and research supported product decision-making at scale.

Leadership experience

In recent leadership roles, I was responsible for building and scaling a multidisciplinary Product Design and UX function, spanning design, research, and supporting disciplines.

I led teams embedded across multiple product squads, partnered closely with product and engineering leadership on strategy and prioritisation, and ensured discovery, research, and design were integrated into delivery without slowing teams down.

My accountability covered team structure, hiring, capacity planning, design systems, discovery practices, and the overall quality and consistency of experience across complex, data-heavy journeys.

I’ve worked across a wide range of product environments, including regulated and high-trust sectors, large-scale consumer platforms, operationally complex services, and enterprise B2B ecosystems. This experience spans healthcare and life sciences, government, finance and insurance, telecommunications and media, transport and logistics, energy, security, and global consumer brands.
